How much is shipping and when can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada & USA. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped. Since we ship all of our products from Vancouver, Canada, delivery will depend on where you're located and can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Orders placed after 4pm PST are scheduled to ship the following day. See rates and delivery times listed below:

Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment from Province of Canada, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
Our return policy is simple and designed to ensure your happiness, with lots of wiggle room. If you're unhappy with your order you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.We see returns happening for one of the following reasons, please note the eligibility conditions each return scenario.
2. Your item is defective. We're pretty darn uptight and careful about making sure anything we send out is top quality and in top condition, but if you end up with a defective purchase - we will make it right! You're welcome to either return the item for a full refund, or exchange it for a non-defective one - your choice.
1. It doesn't fit, or you don't like how it looks once you see it in person, or your mom ordered the exact same one for you on the exact same day and you don't need two (she always did have impeccable taste). Anything like that - no problem, we're happy to accept a return and refund your money. To be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The only item which is non-returnable is gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your email receipt or packing slip will work fine).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week or so.
Late or missing refunds
If about 10 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, give your bank account or credit card statement one more peek. Those pesky banks can take a long time to show a refund sometimes. It's almost like they're waiting for the stagecoach with the money to arrive (if you know what I mean). If you don't have any luck there, please email us and we'll help you work on the mystery.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective item and need to exchange it, contact us at and we'll get you the information you need to send it back.
If the item was given to you as a gift, we're happy to give you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

When you contact us about your return we'll provide instructions, and a return shipping address to put on your package to return to us.
